I spent years watching capable people fall apart in the last week before a move. Not because the work was hard — because nobody was holding the whole picture. The truck showed up on time and everything else was still theirs to solve.
HEREO started as a clipboard. One plan, one person accountable, one client who finally slept the night before moving day. That's still the entire product.
